MENTAL CORE

“Confidence is the most important single factor in this game,

and no matter how great your natural talent, there is only one way to obtain and sustain it: work.”

- Jack Nicklaus -

STRONG MIND

Everyone says that golf is a mental game....yet most people don't train their minds.

To be a better golfer, YOU MUST GET MENTALLY STRONGER.

We have over 20 years of experience supporting elite athletes (from youth to all major professional sports) with strengthening their mental preparation and performance, but our research and experience in golf has been particularly specialized due to the unique demands and complexities of the sport. Golf arguably requires the highest levels of mental skill and strength of any sport, and our work with players ranging from juniors to tour pros has garnered us the experience and understanding to create a systematic approach that can be applied to all levels, along with the capacity to personalize the work to meet the individual needs of each golfer.

PARR PROTOCOL

STONK GOLF utilizes our proprietary PARR Protocol system for optimized mental performance in golf. The PARR system includes an assessment of our four primary factors of mental toughness in golf, followed by customized skills and drills to enhance those functions during practice/training sessions and consultations.

  • Learn to better manage common fears and jitters

Mental Strength is a skill, and is teachable.

Train your mind as you do your body.

  • Build genuine confidence to optimize your ability on the golf course

  • Develop strategies to control your thoughts & emotions while playing (and practicing)

  • Understand the phenomenon of being "in the zone"

  • Learn to regulate your focus and concentration appropriately

  • Fortify the grit required to persevere though the adversities of competitive golf

“I still get butterflies on the first tee. I still get sweaty hands, and my heart pumps a lot going down the 18th. But I know what winning is all about now, and that's a feeling that I like.”
