STRONG BODY
S - Stretch & Stability: Flexibility training for range of motion and decreased injury risk.
T - Torque: Rotational exercises for explosive transfer of ground force to the club.
O - Overload: Functional resistance training for improved strength and power.
N - Neuromuscular Action: Fast twitch exercises combining body and mind skills.
K - Kardio & Konditioning: We know...bad grammar by us...but really good for you!
Each STONK GOLF training session is composed of 5 segments:
Power = Work / Time
In physics, power is the rate at which work is done. This is ultimately a measure of strength and speed.
So to gain more power in your golf swing, YOU MUST GET STRONGER AND FASTER.




Examples of STONK GOLF training include:
- Full fitness center for warm up and cardio/conditioning
- Resistance band training including Golf Forever system
- Free weights, kettlebells, selectorized equipment
- Explosive power training including Keiser, Vertimax,and Hammer Strength
- Speed training area with fast twitch training equipment
- Golf simulator/practice area for putting, chipping, & full swings during workouts
